Role Overview
We are looking for a Purchase Management Executive (HVAC) with prior experience in HVAC, MEP, or industrial project procurement. This role requires hands-on exposure to technical purchasing and vendor coordination within engineering-driven environments.
Mandatory Requirement
- Only candidates with relevant industry experience in HVAC / MEP / Industrial procurement will be considered
- Experience in general trading, non-technical purchasing, or unrelated sectors will not be considered
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end procurement of HVAC systems and components (AHUs, ducting, chillers, VRF, ventilation systems)
- Vendor identification, evaluation, and development within HVAC/MEP domain
- Commercial negotiations aligned with project budgets and timelines
- Purchase order creation and tracking as per execution schedules
- Coordination with design, estimation, and site teams for material planning
- Ensuring compliance with technical specifications and approved makes
- Inventory monitoring and dispatch tracking
- Proactive resolution of procurement risks impacting project timelines
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Cost Optimization: Deliver savings against approved BOQs and project budgets
- On-Time Procurement: Ensure timely availability of all critical materials for execution
- Vendor Performance: Maintain strong vendor reliability across quality and delivery
- Procurement Cycle Time: Minimize turnaround time from PR to PO
- Stock Efficiency: Maintain optimal inventory with minimal excess or dead stock
- Quality Compliance: Ensure all materials meet technical specifications without deviations
- Project Continuity: No project delays due to procurement gaps
- Data Accuracy: Maintain error-free documentation and procurement tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant HVAC / MEP procurement experience (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and industrial materials
- Proven vendor management and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with BOQs, technical submittals, and execution workflows
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Strong coordination and communication skills
