Job Summary
We are seeking a Tender Executive with hands-on experience in tender research, bidding, and coordination for State and Central Government as well as private projects. The role requires end-to-end ownership of the tendering process, from opportunity identification to bid submission, while closely coordinating with internal technical, commercial, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Tender Research & Opportunity Identification
- Identify relevant tenders from State Government, Central Government, PSUs, and private sector portals
- Monitor portals such as GeM, CPPP, State e-procurement platforms, and private tender sources
- Evaluate tender eligibility, scope, and commercial feasibility
Tender Preparation & Bidding
- Manage the complete tender lifecycle including EOI, RFQ, RFP, and BOQ-based tenders
- Prepare and compile technical, commercial, and compliance documents
- Ensure accurate submission of bids within deadlines on e-procurement portals
- Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, and corrigenda
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with engineering, estimation, finance, legal, and project teams
- Collect technical inputs, drawings, certifications, datasheets, and compliance documents
- Ensure alignment between technical specifications and commercial pricing
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure bids comply with tender terms, statutory requirements, and eligibility criteria
- Maintain an updated repository of company credentials, certificates, and past project records
- Track EMDs, PBGs, and other tender-related financial instruments
Post-Bid & Award Support
- Track tender status, bid openings, and results
- Support negotiations, clarifications, and LOA/LOI documentation
- Coordinate handover to execution teams after project award
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Government and private tendering processes
- Familiarity with EPC, HVAC, cleanroom, MEP, or industrial projects
- Experience with GeM and e-tendering portals
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and BOQs
- Excellent coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills
- Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in tendering and bidding
