Title: HR Executive
Job Description:
As an HR Executive at Envigaurd, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR initiatives and fostering a positive work environment. You will work closely with the HR team and various departments to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and people management.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and conducting interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information.
Employee Relations and People Management:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances, promoting a positive work environment.
- Support disciplinary procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in effectively managing their teams.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of employee training and development initiatives.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
- Prepare HR-related reports and contribute to HR analytics and metrics.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Support employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Assist in organizing employee recognition programs and activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement surveys and action plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong people management and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
