Title: HR Executive

Job Description:

As an HR Executive at Envigaurd, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR initiatives and fostering a positive work environment. You will work closely with the HR team and various departments to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and people management.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and conducting interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information.

Employee Relations and People Management:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Support disciplinary procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in effectively managing their teams.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
  • Contribute to the identification and implementation of employee training and development initiatives.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and contribute to HR analytics and metrics.

Employee Engagement and Culture:

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Assist in organizing employee recognition programs and activities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement surveys and action plans.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  2. Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Strong people management and conflict resolution skills.
  5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  6. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
  7. High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
